Servo and Spindle Motor Rebuild

At MZI the servo motor rebuild process is similar to the spindle rebuild process.  We always start with testing.  Using advanced equipment we test the incoming motor before disassembly.  The motor is then disassembled and all parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected.  Parts that are not completely within factory specification will be repaired or replaced.  Spindle motors are dynamically balanced to ensure the highest level of performance and longevity.
