New and Custom Spindles

MZI’s staff has decades of experience rebuilding spindles for every imaginable machine.  This experience gives us a unique ability to design spindles with very specific features tailored to the application.  Our exposure to so many different failure modes allows us to specifically design features into your custom spindle to protect against environmental elements, and process conditions that could cause underperformance or even premature spindle failure.  We have designed everything from small, high-RPM belt driven grinding spindles, to integral motor HSK spindles to be mounted on robots to support the space industry.
