A smooth-running, well-balanced spindle or motor is critical to performance and longevity.  At MZI everything we rebuild is dynamically balanced by our expert staff using state-of-the-art equipment to G0.4 mils peak to peak or better at the maximum rated RPM.  The balancing data is recorded, documented, and provided to you, the customer with the delivery of your spindle.  This level of care will ensure your spindle achieves the best possible surface finishes, the longest life, and operates quietly.
